User would like to create a Saved Search for Invoices that have not been emailed.
User can create following Saved Search of Invoices that have not been emailed, filtered by time frame:
1. Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Transaction
2. Rename your Search Title.
On Criteria subtab > Standard sublist, add the following fields and select their value below::
a. Type field = Invoice
b. Main Line field = Yes
c. Formula (Text) field > On pop up window set following fields:
i. Formula =
ii. Formula(Text) = is empty
4. Click Set button.

Note: You may add any other fields to narrow down the results (e.g. Date)
5. On Results subtab:
a. Click Remove All button
b. Choose column fields to be displayed in results (e.g. Document Number, Date, Name)

6. Click Save and Run.
The Saved Search returns a result of Invoices without any emails / communication that gives overview to users what Invoices should be communicated.
