Scenario
User experiences PGP005 error when using the eWAY payment processing profile
Solution
PGP005 error means that user has entered incorrect eWAY credentials in NetSuite. This error is thrown by the Payment Gateway Bundle and is not an eWAY error.
Different approaches to resolve error:
1. Re-enter eWAY credentials in NetSuite; or
2. Generate new eWAY Password and enter updated credentials in NetSuite; or
3. Set existing eWAY profile to inactive and create a new one with the correct credentials
