The JCurve Terms (x Days from EOM) is a Jcurve bundle that can be installed for customers to set a correct end of the month terms. The installation may take a while, you may have to check from time to time if this has been completed via Customization>Suite Bundler>Search & Install Bundles>List, this should have a green check mark on the status column if completed.
Part 1. Bundle Installation
You need to install this first on your end, using an administrator role, navigate to :
Customization>Suite Bundler>Search & Install Bundles
Search for JCurve Terms (x Days from EOM)>Install
Part 2. Creating the Term/s
Setup>Accounting>Accounting>Accounting Lists>New
Set the term (please see naming convention for the term name)
Use the name 25 Day EOM (as an example)
See the sample below.
Invoice Date = June 6, 2018
Term = 25 Day EOM
Due Date = July 25, 2018
Term Names/Naming Convention
If you want a term 25 Days from Month End: use the following naming convention when creating the term.
"25 Day EOM" or
"25D EOM" or
"25D FIME"
This goes for the following terms as well.
30 Days from Month End: "30 Day EOM" "30D EOM" "30D FIME"
40 Days from Month End: "40 Day EOM" "40D EOM" "40D FIME"
45 Days from Month End: "45 Day EOM" "45D EOM" "45D FIME"
60 Days from Month End: "60 Day EOM" "60D EOM" "60D FIME"
90 Days from Month End: "90 Day EOM" "90D EOM" "90D FIME"
120 Days from Month End: "120 Day EOM" "120D EOM" "120D FIME"
Once the term set has been used on a transaction, you will see the correct date after the transaction has been saved.
