Scenario
Items are not showing on the web store.
Solution

Display in Website should be checked

Item record must have online/base price set

If Show Uncategorized Items is not checked (Setup > Site Builder > Setup Website > under Setup tab), make sure the item record has an assigned site category under Web Store tab > Site Category subtab.
- Please take note: If an account has multi-site set up, an item assigned to at least 1 site/category (ex. Web Site A only) is considered 'categorized'. Therefore, even if Show Uncategorized Items is enabled in Web Site B but item was not assigned to any category of Web Site B, item will NOT be displayed on Web Site B. For more information on how item records are indexed, please refer to Guidelines for Using the Show Uncategorized Items Preference.

Check the Out-of-Stock behavior of the web store or the item record. If item has no available stock yet, make sure that ‘Remove Out-of-Stock item from store’ is not selected either on the Setup Website (Setup > Site Builder > Setup Website > under Shopping tab > Web Store Out of Stock Items) or on the item record (under Store > Out of Stock Behavior field).

Try to search for the item on the site, if the item appears on the search result but does not appear on the site tab/category list assigned, check the custom item list layout being used for the page.
