Revenue KPI is not available under Setup link when adding Standard KPI's using custom role even if permissions needed is already granted.
Using the Administrator Role, please take note of the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
2. Click Edit on the Custom role.
3. On the Employee Restrictions field, set none - default to own.
Selecting this will make records accessible for the user.
4. Click Save.
Using the custom role, the Standard Revenue KPI portlet now displays on the dashboard.
