Item on Transaction line is not showing any quantity even if Location has On hand and Available
This usually happens when a Location is newly created and inventory transfers were done for this location. Even if Item record displays an on hand quantity, users were not able to use this item on their transactions and will display a notification - This item has 0 quantity (0 backordered).
To resolve this, users may follow below steps:
1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Location
2. Edit the concerned Location
3. Set MAKE INVENTORY AVAILABLE = T
4. Click Save
As per help guide:
Check this box to make on-hand inventory stored at the location available to orders.
Clear this box to exclude on-hand inventory stored at the location from the available count.
