Go to the chart of accounts (Lists > accounting > accounts). Then if you look at your list of accounts (with Internal ID’s showing) and find the account with internal ID 255 it will be inactive.
Given it is on every line we would expect that account 255 is the credit card and it is setup with type = credit card rather than type = bank account. To be able to reconcile via Fast Four the account type must be a bank account.
Please create a new account with type = bank. If you have existing transactions in the old CC account you can either:
- Edit & Move them to the new account
- Reconcile the CC account manually then start Fast Four next month (use a journal to transfer the balance to the new account).
