Steps to create a Saved Search Alert sent Daily based on the Start Date of a Sales Order that is within one month from today:
1. Go to Reports> New Search
2. Select Transaction
3. Enter an appropriate Search title
4. Enter this in the Criteria tab> Standard subtab
- Start Date - is within - today to end of this month
- Type - is - Sales Order
- Customer Category(Custom Body) - is none of retailer, none
5. Enter this in the Results tab
- Transaction Number - Group (Summary Type)
- Start Date - Group (Summary Type)
- Company Name - Group (Summary Type)
6. Go to the Email tab
7. Mark the Send Emails According to Schedule as checked
8. Under The Specific Recipients subtab, Select and Enter your Name as the Recipient
9. Go to the Schedule subtab and select and mark the Daily Event radio button
10. Enter the Series Start Date
11. Select the Start Time(9am)
12. Mark the No End Date checkbox if there will be no end date
