A customer statement can be stuck while processed.
Usually the issue occurs after clicking the saved button.
The green information bar at the top of the page states: "statement is processing". This message never goes away.
Please follow the steps below:
- Go to Customisation > Scripts
- Set the bundle filter to 100401
- Search for BS SL Unlock Statements.js.
- Open this record and press deployments and click on the URL.
- Now you will see possible statements that are locked.
- To unlock it select the check box and submit.
- Your statement is now unlocked.
- Check if the lines are processed or resubmit the statement.
The statement needs to be unlocked.
- Type BS SL Unlock Statements into the global search
- Open the link Page: BS SL Unlock Statements
- Hint: you may like to create a shortcut to this
- Hint: if the link doesn’t appear immediately delete the last character and type a space
- Mark the statement
- Success the statement has been unlocked
- Return to Transactions > Bank Reconciliation > Statement List
