Customer Status Saved Search

Create the following saved search to capture Customers who's statuses have changed. Eg From a Lead/Prospect to a Customer (Customer-Closed Won).
The same logic can be applied to create a saved search that shows Customers who's status changed from Customer-Closed Won to Customer-Lost.
The search results for this saved search can also be scheduled and sent out on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. 
Note: Customer Statuses can be customized and may be named differently in your JCurve account. Click here to see how to view your Customer Statuses. 
To build the Customer Saved Search, follow the below steps:

1. Go to Reports.
2. Select Saved Searches.
3. Select All Saved Searches.
4. Click New.
5. Click Customer. 

1. Enter a Search Title.
2. Select Criteria tab.
3. Add the following Criteria:
System Notes: Old Value > starts with Prospect
System Notes: New Value> starts with Customer 
System Notes: Field > is Status 
System Notes: Type> is Change  
System Notes: Date > within this month 
4. Click Save & Run
