Another great advantage of the JCurve Support Portal is the ability to review your current, prior tickets or even tickets you have been included in on. This may be to review what the solution was last time or simply to add new notes to a current request.
On the top right hand corner of the window, click on your name as indicated below. Select the first option “My Activities”.
Just click on the request you would like to view
As well as the history of comments, there are also details to give you a better understanding of whats going on. This includes the status of the ticket, what priority JCurve has set your ticket to (please see earlier area to understand how we designate priority), who the ticket is assigned to and any relevant numbers if the request had to be escalated to NetSuite.
