Create email signature
Home> Set Preferences
- General tab > User Profile > Signature Box: Use the following format: <p>Regards,<p> Name<br> Title<br> Company Name<br><a href=" type your website here ">
- Make sure that 'Add Signature to Messages' is checked.
- Click Save.
Add Logo or Image to Signature
- Firstly, upload the image/logo (.jpg file) on the File Cabinet
- Navigate to Documents> Files> Images> New.
- Enter value for File Name. Example: Signature logo
- Set the following: Attach From: Computer Folder: Images (or your desired Folder) Available Without Login = Yes
- In the 'Select File' field click Choose File button. Locate the image from your computer and click Open.
- Click Save
- Once the File is Uploaded. Copy the Last URL. * You can also copy the URL of an existing image.
- Adding the Image to the Signature
- Navigate to Home> Set Preferences
- On the General tab > User Profile > Signature Box: Use the following format and add it to the existing signature: <img border=0 src=" Paste image URL here "></a>
- Make sure that 'Add Signature to Messages' is checked.
- Click Save.
