The Advanced PDF/HTML Templates feature is intended to introduce a template-based model for print customization, and to allow you to try it out on a selected set of transactions. This feature currently supports cash refund, cash sale, credit memo, customer deposit, invoice, packing slip, payment voucher, picking ticket, purchase order, quote (estimate), return authorization, and sales order templates.
These HTML-based templates provide greatly expanded customization capabilities over the previously supported transaction form layouts, now known as legacy layouts.
To enable Advanced PDF/HTML Templates:
1. Navigate to the Setup drop down.
2. Click Company.
3. Select Enable Features.
4. Select the SuiteCloud subtab.
5. Check Advanced PDF/HTML (BETA) Templates.
6. Click Save.
