After your account has been upgraded we recommend you check the following points.
- To get an understanding of the changes, we recommend reading the 'Release Notes' –available in your New Release portlet. Click here if you need to re-add your release portlet.
- Ensure you are using a compatible web brower when accessing your JCurve/NetSuite account. For a list of compatible browsers, click here.
- If you experience any defects as a result of the new Release please log them directly with NetSuite. For instructions on how to log an issue with NetSuite, click here.
New Feature Training Videos NetSuite release a range of videos featuring different aspects of the new Release which can be found in SuiteAnswers.
To access Suite Answers:
- Log into your NetSuite account
- Click the Support tab
- Click Go to SuiteAnswers
- Click Learning Center
- Select New Feature Training or Training Webinars.
