Support – Logging a Case with NetSuite

Customers paying for NetSuite Support have the ability to log queries directly with a team of NetSuite specialists, with guaranteed response times. If you haven’t taken this option and have questions about this service, please contact JCurve directly.

Note: Any technical issues, e.g. where the system is not behaving as expected, can still be logged with NetSuite. This is regardless of whether you have the additional NetSuite Support service.

NetSuite Support details:

  • Monday to Friday standard business days from 8:00am – 7:00pm (in your local time zone).
  • Enter cases online via application.
  • Support will answer ‘how to’ questions by users.
  • Request a call back if required for complex issues.
  • Request features enhancements.

1. Click on the “Contact Support Online” button to begin raising a case.


Enter the details of your support request and click Submit. This is immediately sent to a NetSuite representative who will respond to your query within the guaranteed response time.
