Logging a Problem with NetSuite

From within SuiteAnswers, all customers have the ability to log Problems directly with NetSuite. Problems are cases of functionality which once worked, but are now no longer working as expected.

The following also applies to logging issues during the release preview phase of an upcoming release. To log a Problem with NetSuite:

1. Go to your Support tab.

2. Click the Go to SuiteAnswers button.


1. Click the Contact Support Online button.

1. Type in a search to see if there are any related articles, prior to creating a case.

2. You will then see the Continue to Create Case button appear.

You can now enter the details of your Problem case and submit directly to NetSuite. For release preview Problems, please be sure to include “release preview” in the subject.
