Anyone with an Administrator Role attached to their profile can perform a password reset; the Administrator simply needs to follow the below steps:
1. Navigate to the Role Selection Tab and Select the Administrator Role.
1. Navigate to Lists.
2. Navigate to Employees.
3. Select Employees.
1. Select Edit on the appropriate Employee Record
1. Select the Access Tab.
2. Enter a New Password.
3. Confirm the New Password.
4. Ensure the Give Access checkbox is checked.
Note: Checking the Send Notification Email checkbox is optional depending on whether you want or need to notify the employee that their password has been reset.
5. Click Save.
